Jeremy served for the Seattle Police Department for 13 years, but struggled with his identity in Christ vs his identity in the badge early in his career. After a few years on the department he fully surrendered his life to the Lord, which started an amazing journey that the Lord has been blessing along the way. While not free from challenges like the Seattle riots, and many critical incidents, Jeremy could see God’s hand in directing his paths.

On the Seattle PD, Jeremy was awarded Officer of the Year, and Medal of Valor. He worked in patrol, in the training unit, as a peer support coordinator, and assisted in developing the department’s first wellness unit. He co-founded the SPD Beds for Kids Program with Ryan Gallagher, which continues on today. Jeremy also served as the executive director of the Seattle Police Chaplains Association and came alongside many other local and national first responder ministries.

In 2021, Jeremy, his wife Ketryna, and four kids felt God calling them to move to Tennessee and step out in faith to do full-time ministry, supporting first responders nationwide. This led to serving as the Training & Development Coordinator for the Fellowship of Christian Peace Officers- USA until God started directing his path and opening doors to start Mission First Alliance.

Ketryna Wade serves as the Operations Director of Mission First Alliance, bringing a unique blend of administrative excellence, artistic creativity, and a deep heart for ministry. Growing up in a family of firefighters and 911 dispatchers, Ketryna was immersed early on in the world of first responders. That background laid the foundation for her natural transition into supporting her husband, Jeremy Wade, as he entered law enforcement—and eventually leading alongside him in ministry.

Throughout their journey, Ketryna has faithfully come alongside countless first responder spouses, offering encouragement, discipleship, and a listening ear. During the Seattle riots and following other critical incidents, God opened new doors for her to minister to families and spouses facing fear, uncertainty, and trauma—meeting them with truth, grace, and compassion.

Ketryna is also a gifted artist and singer. Her work adds powerful visual storytelling to the mission of Mission First Alliance, helping to communicate the heart of the ministry with clarity and beauty. Whether she’s editing a video or organizing ministry operations, Ketryna brings a rare combination of warmth, creativity, and precision.

Ketryna has been married to Jeremy since 2004 and has four children—Olivia, Dustin, Avery, and Michael  (who was adopted out of foster care).

Marcus Allred brings over 24 years of experience serving alongside first responders—first through his work with the Winston-Salem Police Department, and later in the public safety software industry. Throughout his career, Marcus witnessed the emotional and spiritual toll this calling can take on first responders and their families.

Over time, God began to stir a deeper mission in Marcus’ heart: to share the lasting hope of Christ with those serving on the front lines. In 2023, after watching PTSD911, a documentary exposing the mental and emotional burden faced by millions of first responders, Marcus recognized a critical gap—spiritual support rooted in the gospel.

That same year, Marcus and his wife Peggy connected with Mission First Alliance and found a deep resonance with its mission. As they attended events and volunteered with the ministry, their calling to serve grew stronger. In early 2025, God opened the door for them to step into full-time ministry with Mission First Alliance.

Now serving as Alliance Coordinator, Marcus is passionate about building deeper relationships and fostering discipleship within the first responder community. His personal experience, strong faith, and heart for service make him uniquely equipped to help lead the ministry’s efforts to bring real hope to those who serve others daily.

As the Director of Marketing for Mission First Alliance, Teresa is passionate about using strategic communication to further the mission of bringing hope and restoration to first responders. With nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, business consulting, and strategic brand development, she specializes in crafting clear, compelling messaging that helps ministries and organizations effectively share their purpose. Her expertise includes website design, branding, online search, and digital marketing, all with a focus on creating impactful storytelling that connects people to the mission.

Beyond marketing, Teresa has dedicated her time to serving her family as a mom and homeschool teacher to her two children, a business owner, and product designer. She has a heart for serving others through discipleship and helping them grow in their faith through studying God’s Word. She is committed to using her passions and skills for communication and building relationships that honor God and strengthen others, to ensure that first responders and their families hear the life-changing message of the gospel.

Robin brings a diverse background in administration, investigations, and ministry support to her role at Mission First Alliance. Before joining the team, she spent several years as a Federal Investigator conducting background investigations for military personnel, law enforcement, and defense contractors. Her career path also includes experience in higher education, ministry, and environmental remediation. After stepping away from the workforce to focus on her young family, Robin felt called to return in a way that would have Kingdom impact—leading her to Mission First Alliance.

With a deep appreciation for the sacrifices of first responders, Robin is passionate about supporting the ministry’s mission to bring the hope of Christ to those who serve. She is excited to contribute her skills and experience to an organization that stands in the gap for first responders and their families.

Andy Cole grew up in Naples, FL, and came to know Jesus at an early age. He attended the University of Florida, where he received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering. After spending a decade as a water/wastewater engineer, he found his true calling as a financial advisor and has now been working in that capacity for the past 5 years. In addition to helping families with their finances, he is also passionate about helping ministries be good stewards of the resources entrusted to them.

Andy first learned about Mission First Alliance in 2023 and instantly developed a deep respect for Jeremy and Ketryna, their humble leadership, and the work they were doing to show the love of Jesus to first responders. He is honored to partner with Mission First Alliance and be a small part in supporting Jeremy, Ketryna, and the rest of the team as they carry out the mission.

Andy lives in Huntsville, AL with his wife and two daughters. He is actively involved at Willowbrook Baptist Church as a Sunday School teacher and deacon. Outside of work and church, he spends a lot of time on softball fields with his daughters. He also enjoys backpacking and photography when time allows.

Lindsay has worked with missional non-profits for over 30 years closely aligned with churches and local ministries. The last 15 years, primarily focused on the judicial system and public safety in the Portland, Oregon area. She has experience with both sides of the justice system including Prison Fellowship Centurions, Human Trafficking, Community Health, Adult Drug Court, and serving on boards focused on our first responders, their agencies and their families. She has served as an officer in the Air Force where the culture of military most closely replicates the culture of first responders-guardians of our communities. She is certified and has taught the Perspectives of World Missions Course. She most recently serving on boards focused our first responders, their families, and chaplains that minister to them. She is a champion of discipleship to first responders and their families!

Ira V. Lee, III serves as an attorney with Logan Thompson, P.C. in Cleveland, Tennessee, where his practice includes personal injury, family law, contract law, and a variety of civil litigation matters. In his legal work, Ira is known for careful preparation, clear communication, and a practical approach that helps clients navigate some of life’s most challenging seasons. He views his profession not only as a career, but as a calling to serve and guide people with integrity and compassion.

Ira first connected with Mission First Alliance through his legal work, but quickly witnessed the authenticity of its leaders and the real-life impact of its ministry. Having several close friends in law enforcement and emergency services, he has witnessed the emotional strain and spiritual burdens first responders often carry. One friend’s journey after a critical incident left a lasting impression on him and strengthened his conviction that these men and women need strong, faith-based support in both the best and hardest moments of their lives.

A follower of Christ since early childhood, Ira attends First Baptist Cleveland and desires to see first responders find the same hope and peace he has found in a relationship with Jesus. Outside the office, he enjoys playing golf, fishing, and cheering on the University of Tennessee Volunteers. Ira is honored to serve on the Board of Directors and to help advance the mission of reaching first responders for Christ.

Michael DeStefano currently holds the position of Deputy Fire Chief at the Jupiter Fire Rescue Department in the Town of Jupiter located in South Florida. He started in the fire service in 2004 and has worked his way through the ranks from Firefighter up to his current position. During that time, he obtained a bachelor’s and master’s degree in public administration from Barry University as well as a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University. During his time at the fire department, he also has taken on the position of Fire Chaplain and is certified by the Federation of Fire Chaplains. Additionally, Michael is currently a Young Adult Pastor at Calvary Chapel in Viera, Florida. The combination of his passion for the fire service combined with a solid foundation of faith in Christ has led to many opportunities to not only disciple individuals, but also share the need for faith-based leadership through published articles, podcasts, and presentations at conferences.
