REGISTER YOUR CHURCH

Thank you for joining churches across the nation in prayer for the first responders who serve our communities.

This form should be completed by the person who will serve as your church’s primary liaison for the Prayer Initiative. Before registering, please choose the first responder agency your church plans to adopt and determine your anticipated prayer time and gathering location.

After your church is registered, your liaison will receive confirmation information and can share the individual registration page with your congregation.
